St. Dominic's YAG Spring Retreat 2010

Welcome to the registration page for St. Dominic's annual Young Adults Spring Retreat at St. Joseph's Camp on the Russian River! This year's retreat will take place Friday, April 30 thru Sunday, May 2. Register through Easter Sunday, April 4, and get early bird pricing of $115.00. The full registration rate is $145 and applies for all registrations beginning April 5. The final deadline to register is Sunday, April 25.

Your retreat weekend registration includes:

  • 2 nights lodging in shared cabins (2 people per cabin)
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday
  • Breakfast and lunch on Sunday
  • All retreat materials

Special Offer pricing of $95 is no longer available as we have already received fifteen or more registrations.

The weekend will include fun, fellowship, spiritual enrichment and more. Never attended a St. Dominic's Young Adult event before? Not a problem! All young adults from the Archdiocese and beyond are invited to attend.

NOTE: The retreat is currently FULLY BOOKED. You may still register and pay to secure a spot on the waitlist. If we are not able to accommodate you, a full refund will be issued.

General Information:

  1. Privacy: The contact information marked with a double star (**) will be shared with other participants for carpool coordination. Please only provide information you are comfortable having shared in these fields. All other information will be kept confidential.
  2. Participants must be 20 to 39 years of age, inclusive.
  3. Should you need to cancel your registration, please email Trish Beckman at groovincats@yahoo.com as soon as possible. Notice of cancellations received before April 15 will be honored with a full refund. Because there is a set number of attendees, any notice of cancellations received after April 15 will receive a refund ONLY if your spot can be filled. The planning team will consider your spot "filled" by the next person who registers after we receive your notice of cancellation. However, if your spot remains unfilled, only a 50% refund will be provided.
  4. Carpooling, lodging and dietary restrictions: After you are registered and your payment has cleared, the planning team will contact you to obtain your preferences, if any.
  5. The retreat center has a maximum capacity of 52 attendees. If you register after the maximum, you will be placed on a wait list in the order received. The planning team will contact you shortly after your registration if you are on the wait list. If no openings become available, you will receive a full refund.

Payment Information:

  1. For your convenience, you may register and pay securely online using your credit card or ACH transfer. Paying by credit card does not require you to open a PayPal account. ACH transfer will require you carry a PayPal account.
  2. All online payments are processed securely; however, if you feel uncomfortable with online payment, you may pay in person with a check. If you wish to pay by check, still fill out this form and select "Cash/Check in Person" under payment method. Once registered, please contact Dave Smith by e-mail at dave@dtsmith.com to provide payment. Dave is the treasurer for the Young Adults and will give you instructions on how to submit your payment. He will also confirm that your payment is received.
